FULL TERMS OF SERVICE

1. You agree to pay half of the total price up-front, and the other half must be paid after approval of the initial sketch.
2. Payment in $USD is required.
3. Payment available through Cashapp and Artistree only.PRODUCT DELIVERY
4. TAT can vary anywhere from a few days to a maximum of 2 weeks. I am a full-time worker and student.
5. You agree that product will be delivered digitally to an email address provided by you, after the commission is finished. If you would like to receive it a different way, please let me know.
6. Upon delivery of the product, it is your responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by me. I can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that you lost your files.REVISIONS
7. You have the right to 2 revisions in the sketching phase.
8. You have the right to 2 total minor edits after completion, such as changing an eye color or fixing a small detail.REFUND POLICY
9. You have the right to request a full refund after 2 weeks of first payment if the artwork is not done/no updates are given.
10. If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, a full refund will be given immediately.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
11. The product received by you is for personal use only.
12. You do not have the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
13. You do not have the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.MY RIGHTS
1. I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
2. Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. You will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed.
3. I have the right to post any commissioned artwork online on any socials. If you are not okay with this, let me know before or during your commission process.
